Deposits, Payment and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. However, the deposit can be transferred to another date up to 72 hours prior to the original date of your arrival. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to your arrival the deposit is non-transferrable. The balance should be paid by you on either check-in or check-out.

Smoking

We operate a no smoking policy within the rooms, bars and restaurant. Any breach of this condition will result in a minimum £50.00 surcharge for additional cleaning.

Pets

Assistance dogs are welcomed but we are unable to accept any other pets.
